Best in class suspension training workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  All core all the time, workout innovation at its finest J

 

WARRIOR CIRCUIT

This hour we like to think outside the box and help you relieve some stress through more unconventional methods of training. Just like each day presents its own challenges, we test your Strength, Cardio, and Endurance; best preparing you for everyday tasks. 

 

CARDIO COMBO

Not all cardio needs to be boring!

Come and let our instructors teach you some new routines and tricks to help keep your cardiovascular system on the rise! This 45 minute to an hour long class will have you working up a sweat while using different modes of cardiovascular training. It's easy to get complacent in your current cardio workouts, our instructors will help you break through that plateau, and enjoy it!

 

KICKBOXING

A fitness kickboxing program where the focus is on fitness! This is a fun, hour-long program consisting of punching, kicking, knees and blocking; all done with a partner.  You are guaranteed to smile, laugh and sweat!

 

SPIN

Although we do many different styles, (night ride) and intensity (1000kcal), Beat spin (everything to the beat of the music) the primary focus is the same; sweat! Our Real Ryder bikes make it safer on your ankles, knees, hips and lower back, while burning 2-3 more calories per minute while riding.  Don’t be afraid of the lean, that will work your abs, and embrace the sweat!

We offer a variety of memberships for your convenience. Allowing you to try out the gym with little commitment and save money with longer memberships.

 

With your membership, you have access to classes and training resources.  You always have the access to our staff in the gym to assist you or answer any questions.
